Trollstore严重依赖于低系统的环境，只有iOS 14——iOS 17.0（排除iOS 16.7正式版），才能够正常使用巨魔。因此，当我们刷好了Trollstore后，第一件事就是屏蔽系统更新。
这么刚需的痛点，当然有专门的APP来干。目前我们主流的解决方案，是通过一个名为“OTAdisabler”的小工具。它的操作非常简单，打开APP，切换成不允许系统更新的状态，就可以生效了。
不过有一个很常见的问题：很多人在屏蔽更新之后，发现小红点还在，且无法关闭。虽然这不影响屏蔽效果，但设置里总提示你更新系统，终究还是挺烦的。那在屏蔽更新后，怎么顺便关闭小红点呢？
最近我刚好给一台iOS16.6.1的设备刷好巨魔，同样遇到了这个问题，才发现了一个很简单的方法。
当你屏蔽更新后，打开设置-通用-软件更新-自动更新。如果此时“下载iOS更新”是关闭状态，那就重新勾选一下选项。如果此时“下载iOS更新”是开启状态，那就关闭，再开启一下。最后返回设置，就会发现小红点消失了。
